Hey, I'm Kirstyn! As a busy law student, I rely on these recipes to get healthy, homemade meals on my table quickly. I also mainly follow the Mediterranean Diet to complement my active Colorado lifestyle, so the recipes you will find on this site are mostly comprised of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, seafood, and poultry. Using these ingredients, you too can create healthy, satisfying, and delicious meals.
