-1 lb ground turkey or pork
-1/2 lb green beans
-3 scallions
-Salt & Pepper
-1 teaspoon grated ginger
-2 cloves grated garlic
-2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
-2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
-1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the turkey or pork and cook until browned.
2. While the meat is browning, trim the end off of the green beans and thinly slice the scallions, separating the white/light green parts from the dark green parts.
3. Add the green beans and white/light green parts of the scallions to the skillet with the meat. Saute and season with salt and pepper.
4. Whisk together ingredients 5-11 to create the sauce. Once the green beans are tender, add the sauce to the pan and mix to coat the meat and green beans.
5. Layer the meat and green beans over white rice and garnish with the dark green parts of the scallions.
