MM: Green Smoothie Bowl


I've been so jealous of all of these gorgeous smoothie bowls I've seen on Pinterest and Instagram, so I've decided to give it a go. This green smoothie was a great start, made me feel really healthy, and I can't wait to try more variations!

INGREDIENTS

-1 handful spinach

-1/2 cup frozen mango

-1/4 diced green apple

-1/2 cup orange juice

Toppings:

-Scooped dragon fruit

-Sliced kiwi

-Diced green apple

-Coconut

DIRECTIONS

1. Add the spinach and about 1 tablespoon of water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Then, add the mango, apple, and orange juice and blend until smooth.

2. Add smoothie to a bowl, and top with dragon fruit, kiwi, apple, and coconut.
