MM: Easy Veggie Lovers Pizza


This is such a quick, easy, satisfying, and customizable meal! Load this flatbread pizza up with whatever veggies you like, and enjoy after only 10 minutes in the oven.

INGREDIENTS

-1 whole wheat flatbread (such as naan)

-1/4 cup store-bought pizza sauce

-1/3 cup low fat shredded mozzarella

-1/2 roma tomato

-1/4 green bell pepper

-1/8 red onion

-2 tablespoons sliced olives

-Garlic powder

-Crushed red pepper

-Dried oregano

-Chopped fresh basil

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet pan with foil.

2. Add the flatbread to the baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and dried oregano.

3. Thinly slice the roma tomato and dice the bell pepper and onion. Top the pizza with the tomato slices, green bell pepper, onion, and sliced black olives. Top with a little more mozzarella cheese.

4. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.

5. Transfer cooked pizza to a cutting board, cut with a pizza cutter, and sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.
